Issue with creating Sales Blanket Agreement

Dear Experts,

Currently I'm facing a problem with logistic license user account (marked Super user).

The issue here is that account can create and edit Purchase Blanket Agreement. However, i cant do the same thing in Sales Blanket Agreement except Viewing.

Pls provide me the answer for this problem because i have not found any solution yet.
