Multiple customers project - sell goods

I enabled multiple customer project to sell goods and services.

And I can create sales orders with services set in the line of items and assign multiple customers project in "Sales Order"->"Items Details"->"Cost and Revenue Assignment".

On the other hand, I cannnot do for materials(goods).

Could you teach me the way of assignment of multiple customers project for sales of materials? I tried both "Item Type" - "Product - delivery based" and "Product - project based". But neither can solve.

Best regards,

    Hello Naoki ,

1.You can not have 2 different project assign to the single sales order.

2.But you can have 2 different Item Type assign to sales order e.g Item '10' of type 'Product - Delivery based' and Item '20' of type 'Product - Project based'.

=>Once you release the Sales Order ,the Delivery Base Item '10' needs to be proceed via 'Customer Demand' view .Whereas Project Base Item '20' via Customer Invoicing ->Project Invoicing view ->Sales Order sub view .

    Hope this answer ?

      Hello Ankush,

      Standardize service only?

I thought there is a item type for materials which can be used for "Multi-Customer Project" as scoping question is "Do you execute projects to sell 'goods' and services to multiple customers" and the overview message is "you can manage a music event as a project to sell 'tickets, merchandizing', or advertizing space to your customers".

      Best regards,

    Hi experts!

I am also interested on how to assign cost and revenue to a multi customer project task from a sales order "material" item.

    Thanks in advance!
