BI 4.2 - Notification for Failed Reports

Hi Experts,

I was wondering if in the new BO 4.2 version is possible to create a report or query from the Audit that spool everyday/hour the list of the reports that have failed.

I know there is a notification in the scheduling job but I would like something proactive without have to add a notification to all the scheduling jobs

Hi Ercole,

check few sample audit reports are present here:-

if these report does not fulfill your requirement then you will have to manually create one.

Hi Ercole,

I was using the below SQL on the audit database for other reasons related to scheduling.

Event Type ID=1011 (Run) captures all the scheduled events. You can filter the result further by Object Name, Object Type and Start Time of the event.

select * from ADS_EVENT where Event_Type_ID=1011 and Object_name='Webi Heart Beat v1.0'
