disp+work J2EE status info unavailable

Hello Experts,

Please help. We don't have Basis consultant available. Our quality (w/ SolM) server is not accessible.

We already tried to stop and restart SAP server for Q. SQL Database is up and running.

I attached dev_disp and R3trans file.

Please instruct how to get back to this server.
