Handling text table in SCOT inbound mail

Good day to the community.

Would anyone know if there's a way to keep a text table formatting in an incoming email when it enters SAP ?

Let me explain :

We receive emails that are on this format. This is a simple text table.

When those mails enter SAP, the formatting is lost as you can see below.

Does anyone knows of a way that we can keep the table display when the mails reaches SAP ?

Any help would he appreciated.

Hi, The initial screenshot shows an HTML table in an email and 2nd screenshot shows a Plain Text Email. Plain text emails cannot handle HTML. It must be the exchange server that is converting the email format. Hence, I would suggest you to check the exchange server settings to avoid this conversion.

do you see this email in sap in tr soin? Do you have the mime for thie email?
