Rebate agreement status

Dear Experts,

I have a question about Status B - Agreement released for settlement.

We've deleted the rebate agreement falsely. When I realized it I've deleted the credit memo request so now the rebate has status B.

Could you, please, tell me when the status is B does it continue to accrue according the conditions in rebate?
