SOAP: empty data as response

Dear Friends,

My scenario is SOAP to PROXY synchronous.

Employee id coming from portal as request and it send it to ECC and based on that request(Eployee id) some fields are coming as response and those fields are send to the portal. this is requirement.

Development is over. while testing in third party side (portal) using SOAP UI, they are getting empty fields as response. no data is coming.

Then where is the issue.

Please do the needful.
