Sharing Blogs via social media

When I "share" a blog using the Twitter button, it shows this:

"SAP Learning Hub Enhancements 2016 https://blogs.sap.com/2016/05/21/sap-learning-hub-enhancements-2016/"

Shouldn't it also have my twitter id, and include hashtag #SCN and @SAPCommNet like the sharing works today/
