AVAC not being activated in S/4 HANA

Hi All,

Though I have maintained a AVAC activation from Budget release in my budget profile but it is not working when I am trying to release Budget in CJ32. When I do a CJBN then it gets activated in background but want to ask what may the reason that it is not working in a normal way. I am using a Status Profile where I have kept Availability Control with no influence. Can anybody share with me if they have faced similar issues before.

I tried this on the other way round that by going to CJ32 and from extras menu if I activate the Availability Control manually it works apart from activating it through CJBN. But the thing is why does this not work automatically when we release the budget and why the status of the WBS is not set as AVAC.

Is the WBS element is created newly or it is already created WBS element in the project structure

It is already created WBS.

When is the configuration is setup ? This config is sufficient for getting AVAC

Can you create a new project and check whether this works ?
