Action Usage by User, Role and Profile

Hi All ,

We  have an issue while running the report "action usage by user, role and profile", we are getting an error saying that "the report data is based on your authorization this is happening after our recent support pack upgrade version 4 to 11 and also in system column we are not seeing the systems details it showing as blank.

Hi Anji,

For "System details are not populated issue"  - Please check the below notes.

2195080 - System (Connector) Drop Down is Empty in Reports

2149959 - System fields are empty in security reports

Hello Anji,

"The report data displayed is based on your authorization"

It is not an error,you can ignore

check the parameter 1114 in maintain configurations

refer the below SAP KBA

2225207 - Message received when running reports - The report data displayed is based on your authori...

Before upgrade is your report is working correctly,

if yes,

i think the issue with rendering

Yes, it worked before , we are facing after the service pack upgrade but as an admin i am perfoming the same i am also getting the same , i think its not an not authoirzation issue ..

Can you please suggest more inputs on the same if you have any..
