ST12 Trace not getting captured

Hello everyone,

When starting the ST12 trace in SAP system for a workprocess, the ABAP, SQL, ENQ, RFC trace status turn green from yellow (indicating the traces are being captured) but after sometime when I click "End all traces and collect", nothing gets collected and the trace duration shows as 0 ms.

Any idea ?
