Unable to edit orders using T.Code VA02

Lately all users based in India have reported including myself that they are not able to edit the Sales Orders in SAP by using the T.Code VA02. Whilst opening the Sales Order in Change mode we are automatically taken to display mode. Strangely my colleagues in US are not facing this issue. Kindly help
