Cannot remove Lot Size in MRP 1 view

Hi SAP MM Experts,

I am unable to remove the Lot Size in MRP 1 view. SAP gives an error message. I am not sure what trigger this prevention. The material does not have any assigned MRP Profile. I would be grateful if you could give me some advice.
