you address here two different products:

• 1511 -> S/4 HANA: either the SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition or the SAP S/4HANA, cloud edition
• HANA SPS11 -> the SPS release of the HANA Platform: SAP HANA Plattform SPS11 documentation

Again, two different products. S/4 HANA is a set of business applications and the successor of SAP Business Suite. SAP HANA Plattform is a part of the technical platform used below S/4 HANA.
