Target group employee multiple activity task is failing.

Hello All,

I created a target of employees.

Then i created a campaign , with mass activity for task. But it is executing but not creating tasks for the employees.

Showing the reason not relevant, same for Email blast also.

Any help on this.

Hi,

Employees can be added to Target Group but same is not supported in Campaigns as of now. Campaign can be executed only for other type of members like accounts/contacts/leads etc. Though Employees are part of Target Group they will be shown as not contacted in Campaigns as per current design of system

Hi Shanto,

Campaign execution is not enabled for employees yet. Presently, it works only for members from the Target Group. You are still allowed to execute a campaign for employees because it is s facet in Target Groups and you are allowed to add employees. We didnt want to hide the employees facet in Target Groups for this purpose.
