Load Driver Call: Initialize (WIS 00000)

Hi There,

I search for this issue in the forum, even though having the same error message, but that was for version management. but in my case, I developed a WEBI report using local excel file, and with following login screen. then now, I decide to open this report on another laptop with only stand alone mode, I get error message : "Load Driver Call: Initialize (WIS 00000)". I am using the same webi version on both.

Many Thanks,

I create a test report with standalone mode in one computor, still can't open it in another computer with the same error message. so I suppose this error is not caused by mode different.

Hi Zhang,

Could you please try to use other authentication method like Windows AD, LDAP or Enterprise ect.

Better to check with "Ënterprise" authentication mode to see the behavior and for that mode you don't have any dependency as well.

As you mentioned earlier both client and server are on same patch level, This error cause basicaly because of version mismatch at client and server level.

Please check that activity and share the updates.

Thanks,

Daya

Thanks Daya,

for my development, I only use local excel file, no login into BOBJ server. now I copy this WEBI report to another laptop which have no  access to BObj server (only standalone). so I don't think I need to login BOBJ server in any way.

Hi Zhang,

If you want to use that web intelligence report that you built in other landscape access is mandatory or else you have to create it from scratch using standalone mode, while using standalone mode you need source (excel) file as well.

I would suggest better to get the access in Web Intelligence rich client for that environment, Need to update could you please check and confirm you are able to view/refresh reports using BI launch Pad application in issue and working environment.

Thanks,

Daya

I create the report in standalone in one laptop (see below) , then transfer this report to another laptop, trying to open in standalone mode there, I can't see any reason to access BOBJ platform.

Please install same version of client tool what you have at server level, other wise you will face issue.
