The next message I get when I start a Crystal report document

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentNullException' occurred in PresentationFramework.dll

What do i use,

Window 10,

Visual Studio 2015 (vb.net)

Framework 4.52

CRforVS_13_0_16.exe

The next thing what happen is the report crash and the program crash too. What should I do to fix this. At this time I have a angry customer.
