Browser Access Issue

Dear Sir,

When I Log on SAP Business One Through Browser Access Window,

System Give Error Message : Service is Currently unavailable ; contact your administrator

See the Attachment Screen

Hi Nilesh,

Check with your BASIS Admin and also check whether the system is up and running.

Also check with your colleagues if they are able to access the system.

If Yes there would an issue with access.

depending 32 bit or 64 bit, you should find it similar to this.

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One BAS GateKeeper\tomcat\logs

Dear Nilesh,

Is it possible for you to try uninstall and install the browser service again. Because sometimes too many experiments causes complications.
