I can't see  HCM_ESS_WDA_1   in sfw5  , I need to config MSS ,and so it must be active in sfw5,

If you have applied EA_HR minimum of 605 with some SP level, you should haave this Business switch available, Kindly check do you have EA-HR 605 level , If yes then please check it with your Basis expert in this  case, Also please check the note 1450179, It contains further details on this.
