Screen Fields grayed out in FV60

Hi Everyone,

It is an unique situation in FV60 where few users are unable to Park Vendor Invoice in FV60 since the fields are grayed out.

Users are unable to enter any data as it is not allowing to input fields. I have checked all the screen variants for FV60 and all screen variants allow us to input data. No field is grayed out in screen variants.
