SAP IS-U -> PI -> C4C Integration issue

Dear Experts,

I need your help.

Our company is implementing SAP IS-U with C4C via SAP PI, but we are facing a problem. I think that the "Communication channel" is working fine, but when an IDoc is being sent from ERP in C4C side we are receiving the following message:

Basically Z001 refers to ERP customer account groups. Please check the mapping from PI (2)

Hello Zdravko,

It seems the code list mapping for the Account group is missing in C4C. Z001 refers to a customer in ERP but there should be a mapping for this code with the C4C code for Customer. You can do that in Business Configuration --> Implementation Project --> Open Activity --> Fine Tune --> Code List Mapping.

Can you also post the payload? That may help.

Have you already selected this code list mapping group in Communication Arrangement? I don't see any other reason.
