application acknowledgment error

Hi friends,

I have and issue in IDOC to PROXY scenario which involved BPM in this interface. The BPM and it's process executing successfully without any errors. but when acknowledgment coming back proxy system to idoc system I am getting below error(attached screenshot) in PI sxmb_moni.

error is deferred acknowledgment handling and invalid adapter status.

how can I avoid this error as these messages blocking all the queues. I have searches one OSS note for the same, if we implement can we avoid this error??
