Text file output giving a blank row when there is no data in Crystal 2013

Dear All

I have a crystal report and created the Publication source of Crystal report than scheduled the publication.

Format is CSV and Destination will be reportname.TXT

issue:

Text file output giving a blank row when there is no data.Showing header row with extra blank row.Output format of the file shroud be txt.

Is there any solution to avoid the blank row when there is no data in Crystal report?

Hi Abilash,

We have tried the Conditional Suppressed option and if there is no condition also it is giving the blank row.

And we have very small reports for Ex: only 2 fileds used.

Please check the option on section expert of that Section checked as "Suppressed Blank Section"

Thanks Niraj.. We have tried "Suppressed Blank Section" and also tried to suppress using the formula.

Count(Column in the report) =0

No Luck.

Hi Kumar,

This is a known issue. Conditionally suppressed sections are exported as blank lines in text.
