How to get an equipment structure to show for notification item?

Hi,

I'm trying to improve my companys way of using notification items. There is a field for assembly shown in the item details window. For this field there is an option to fetch the data from structure list by pressing the structurelist icon.

This opens the structurelist, but it is not showing the same structure as it shows in IH03 for example all though the technical information is the same for both (shown at the end).

My question is this: Why the sturcture isn't showing when structure list is opened from the notiffication item? Is it possible to get showing and how it is possible?

Program name RIEQUI10

Screen number is 100

Status is MAIN

Screen field is G_OBJ_BEZ

This is because the Only PM Assemblies flag is being set by the system (DY_STKKZ) in function module PM_HIERARCHY_CALL .

There are enhancements available in this FM if required.

Thanks, so it is possible.

I tested this with another equipment for which I added an PM-assembly, but it doesn't show up either. It shows the same structure which I see with the IH03 when I delete the tab from the BOM explosion box.

In the upper picture is IH03 view with the tab in the BOM explosion.

And in the lower picture is the view from Notification item for the same equipment.

So am I doing something wrong when making the equipment structure or is the problem in the FM?

Hi!

I tried to add some pictures yesterday but I have to be messed something up, because I can't find them. I hope these come through.

So the first image shows the selection criteria for the view in the second image. This is done in transaction IH03.

Third image is the view for the Notification variant used in our confiquration. Fourth picture is the Item Detail view from which the Structure List in the last picture opens.

As I was writing the last message I began to wonder if it is something to do with the controlling of the BOM explosion or the filters for BOM explosion. I didn't wind any easy to understand how to guides for these. Every idea of how I can make a BOM that can be seen from the Item detail is a good one.

Let me know if these wherent the kind of pictures you needed or there is some more additional information that you need.
