Dimension update

In our BPC-Q system, suddenly the Account dimension member property values got blank while update when a consultant was doing update.

We want the BPC-production system dimension values to be quickly updating the Q system. We have nearly 5000+ accounts with nearly 20+ property columns.

Between production and quality the structure is slightly different with one or 2 property less in Q.

How to quickly restore the dimension property values in Q system. Is it possible to do backup/restore of dimension values.
