Report parameter screen is very slow coming up all of a sudden

Hello, all of a sudden a report that one of our managers runs at the beginning of every month takes 10 - 15 minutes to come up. Once the parameter screen comes up and you make our choices, the report runs fine. This is happening for several users in several locations.

It takes quite a while to load up into Crystal, too.

We have at least 200 reports and we aren't experiencing any problems with the other reports.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
