Hi, Below is the screen shot taken from my dev system, wanted to practice on Java system properties, but stuck up here, i am not seeing Configuration->Infrastructure..Any help..

Hi Vijay,

You do not have necessary roles to view the other tabs. Please ask your Basis team to add the below role, i guess you must be able to view the other tabs -

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

GM All, After adding the below mentioned roles, still I am unable to find the Java system Properties in SAP Netweaver Admistrator. any help?

Hello Vijay,

Role NWA_SUPERADMIN - for full access, NWA_READONLY - for read only (display) access. In order to make roles more specific and restrict them to a particular functionality within NWA, you may also create a custom role with corresponding required action(s) in it based on what NWA tools you would like to access - see list of relevant actions for full and read only access to NWA tools at AS Java Plug-In Actions - SAP NetWeaver Administrator - SAP Library.

Please note that not all Java properties are online modifiable - some of them require restart of the application server.

What is more important, I would encourage you not to practice with Java properties unless you are sure what property you are changing, for what reason and what implications it may bring. Changes to some properties may cause major negative impact on the system.
