Dear all,
I'm still dealing with the integration between a custom CRM and Hybris Marketing. I need to upload a big set of interaction contacts as a first step and then, once a day, a "delta" of contacts.
The company we are working for can give us a CVS. We are thinking about importing systematically the flat file by a function module.
Now the question:
Why if you import an interaction contact is it registered as "prospect"? I know that there are a couple of Boolean fields ("is contact" and "is consumer" ) that should be signed. It is possible to do it via odata.. but what about csv?
Can I upload "columns" that are in the table cuand_ ce_ic_root BUT that are not in the template example?
Thanks,
Cristina
Hi,
yes it is possible to enhance the csv template by yourself. You have to add a column and input as aeader the attribute name, e.g. "is contact" = IS_CONTACT. Because it is a boolean value, you have to provide X or blank.
Hope it helps, if yes please confirm your question.
Best regards,
Joerg
