SAP Java server not running

Hi guys,

I am facing an issue right now, the thing we have multiple application server running on multiple servers and there is one application server which is in stopped state.

I tried to restart the application serve but no luck It's in yellow state and the status is "starting the process" and the server0 status is in "starting framework"

I am attaching dev_icm , dev_server0 and std_server

Please let us know how to resolve this issue.
