Not able to create tiles and catalog in Launchpad designer

Hi Everyone,

Currently I'm working standard apps. I have extended the Purchase Requisition app and deployed successfully.I have created a Launchpad Role. Now I want to do Fiori Launchpad Configuration.

But I'm not able to create Catalogs and Tiles in my Launchpad Designer.I have checked all the admin roles in SU01 T-code. I'm getting following error.

Would you be able to help me on the issue?
