Update the exiting inspection plan in QM to destination via IDOC

Hello,

i have a requirement where i need to replicate data changed via QP02 through IDOC.

I have created a custom FM and linked it with Message Type INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE.

Can you please tell how to procced.
