C4C Edge Edition - Settings > Data > Import: not able to download CSV template

Dear all, Concerning C4C Edge edition - Settings > Data > Import:

Whenever we try to "download CSV file" (template), of any object, we get an error "Error fetching data". See screenshot below:

Is there another way to retreive this template?

(An incident has been logged already for this issue (3100947708))

Hi,

This is something only SAP has to get fixed from the back end, so please track the progress on the incident.
