C4C Edge Edition - Settings > Data > Import: not able to download CSV template

Dear all, Concerning C4C Edge edition - Settings > Data > Import:

Whenever we try to "download CSV file" (template), of any object, we get an error "Error fetching data". See screenshot below:

Is there another way to retreive this template?
