I have a problem with reinstalling BO instance. We would like to reinstall the BO application to a newer PC. But we cannot do this due to the fact that we need to provide license files while installing. Tried to copy the XML license files from Program Files\Business Objects\License folder but that did not worked. Can you please advise how to reinstall the software to a new PC now?
We don’t have any S ID or support agreement with SAP and additionally they say that :

I’m afraid BusinessObjects Enterprise 6.5 is no longer supported as of 28.02.2005 when its mainstream maintenance ended.
