PRT :Task List Usage field

Dear Expert,

We defaulted PRT Tab in Equipment Master in "Define Additional Business Views for Equipment Categories" as below

How to remove Task List Usage field as not Mandatory?

I couldn't find the fields in OIAD/OIAF
