The condition may be active / inactive based on the condition types triggered in the procedure and the routines assigned to the condition type in procedure.
You've to assign condition type in the pricing procedure if you want to use the same. Activate/Inactivate functionalities are not exists in the standard.
In standard SAP MM process, condition for Gross price will be deactivate in case if you add gross price condition one more time, the previous condition and price will be deactivated automatically (Yellow colour). This is standard behavoir because one material could not have two gross price. The same you can do it other conditions also. Go through the condition node and SAP documentation.
