PO 7.4 SP13 RWB message monitor user and password incorrect

Hello Expert

Our system is PO 7.4 SP13 dual stack. When I check the RWB message monitor for integration engine  I get error 'user or password incorrect' . due to this Error I can't see payload of integration engine. but using the same user I can see everything of the adapter engine. I have tried J2ee_admin&PISUPER&My super user with all authorization. My question is which user integration engine monitor use and how can I find this user .

Hello,

please check, if some internal user is blocked (username = PI*).

Transaction SU10 --> Authorization Data --> All Users with Administrator or Passwort Locks --> Execute (F8).

Now you have a list from all blocked users.

Which user is used by the RWB, is stored in the Exchange profile.

I think the sap note 999962 "Change passwords of PI service users" will help you .

Go to ABAP stack, su01 transaction and check the role SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER_MAIN and SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN (Roles (AS ABAP) - SAP Process Integration Security Guide - SAP Library

Thanks for your reply. but my super user is sap_all & sap_new. using this user I aslo get this error in RWB message monitor.

Hi John,

You need to add the roles from UME database, in User management of Java stack. Please add the below role in Java stack and you will have the access for Integration Engine Monitor -

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER
