Hierarchy group technical name missing under available hierarchies from OLTP

Hello experts,

I trying to load a hierarchy from ECC cost center group to BW.  When I run KSH3 tcode to view the Cost Center Group and enter the group (set) name ,I am able to see the hierarchy (group) from ECC.

But , when I create an InfoPackage and look under available hierarchies from OLTP, the group is not available.

Can anyone knows what could be wrong?

Hi John,

On the tab page Hierarchy Selection you can find a Refresh button Available Hierarchies from OLTP. If you click on this Refresh button, you should see all available hierarchies.

Hi Sander, Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I clicked on the refresh , the it is still not there. In fact, it is not the first time I Refresh this. I still does not appear.
