Consolidation Monitor Empty

Hello Guys,

We are facing a unusual issue in the consolidation monitor,  for a particular period, wherein it doesn't show up any data,  even though we have  maintained ownership hierarchy and data for this period.

This happens only for a particular period and for all rest other period, they work fine with no issues.

I have checked ownership data and it is fine, with no issues, when we calculate and save.Also I have copied ownership data from earlier periods and observed no impact, as it turns to be empty always.

Any idea why it is behaving in this way and how to correct this.

This is strange, I agree.

Can you check the time member for which you have this issue? Check that all properties are correctly populated.

I have checked that too. But they remain the same when compared to the rest.

Hi Madhav,

It is only ownership data which derives the consolidation monitor. If you have maintained ownership data, then consolidation monitor will work.

Double check, if the ownership data is maintained or not. Or you can try to maintain ownership data in a different period to check if there is same issue or not.

Hi Rahul,

I had double checked the ownership data and it was maintained correct.

We had deleted and copied data into ownership manager again, which did not even turn any data on consolidation monitor.

Initially we had copied ownership data from a period to other periods and interestingly, expect for this month, it is working for all other months.

The TIMEID member wasn't proper for a period and once this was changed it was working fine.

Can you share the screenshot of 2 time period; one wherein you are getting data and other where there is no data.

Are you using CONTROLS? and if yes, can you please check whether controls set are assigned for time period.
