Delivery created by VL10X despite no Quantity

Dear Experts,

I am creating delivery in background using VL10x with STOA profile . The system is creating deliveries even when no stock in there. I have checked my availability check setting and they are configured correctly.

System does not allows me to create a delivery using VL10B in case stock is not there however the same is suppressed in case I am using Vl10X.

Any lead would be really helpfull.
