Search help in HR Renewal

Hi,

I try to finger out where I can change a search field without filter criteria to a search help with filter criteria.

For instance : In IT0001 the field ABKRS has a filter in the serah help :

And the field IT0007-SCHKZ hasn't :

I've already tried several things in the component in Hr renewal ( suggest value)

In the search help itself (propose value).

So I'm open to any suggestion.
