Transport issue

Dear Friends,

I have an issue with transporting Queries into Pre-prod system. I made changes (Flag Calculation after aggregation for some cal. kf's ) to queries in Dev. Transport has been successfully imported into Quality, Regression and pre-prod as well. But the changes I made for the queries were reflected in Quality and Regression only but not in Pre-prod. It's Strange. Anybody have any idea to get rid of this issue? Thanks.
