Why UPLOAD_XLS_FILE_2_ITAB is giving Sy-subrc as 1.

Hi All,

Can any one tell me why the FM "UPLOAD_XLS_FILE_2_ITAB" will give sy0subrc as 1.

Can any one tell me what to do with the error..Because of this I am unable to Upload the Excel file into The System.

Please suggest me something that I have to change in the File like format..
