Does anyone know how we can create a workflow sending a notification, when adding a member to the sales team in sales leads?

1.It seems not possible to Schedule Notification ,whenever you add sales team member within Sales Lead.
2.Maybe you can check with Timing:On Create with Condition Sales Employee ID not equal to (some value ,which you won't add as employee
within Sales Lead) and Action :Notification to require Recipient .
