Missing leave requests

Hello all

In the tables PTREQ*, I am able to explore leave requests. At the moment, these leave requests are processed with workflow WS21500001 and these leave requests can be display via using transactoin ptarq which uses the PTREQ* tables.

And here comes the problem:

In former times, we used the workflow WS20000081, and the leave request which used that worfklow are not stored in the PTREQ* tables.

Do you know any other tables which could contain these leave requests with workflow WS20000081 so that I can analyse these leave requests?

Many thanks,

Mic

All leave request details will store in in same tables.

You can check the log of that leave request in PTARQ. Select the request and click on Workflow button to check the request details and status. In case if it's there then you can check that request in that PTREQ tables based on that leave request Document ID.

Hello Shankar

Thank you for your reply.

The problem is that I can't see the leave requests which were made via workflow WS20000081.

If I go to transaction PTARQ and give the personal number of the person I have to analyse the leave requests, I do not see that leave requests made via workflow WS20000081.

Perhaps, these leave requests have been deleted? Is there any possibility to take them back?

Hello Siddharth

Tank you for your helpful answer!

Is there any transaction to have a look on that WF logs? I have tried to explore it but I was not able to find one.

Best wishes

Hello

indeed, it seems to be the solution.

I assume that there is no possibility to show user notices in those transactions? I mean notices which could give the person who ask for a absence. Within the newer leave request processes, you are able to see that notices in table ptreq_notice but not in the leave requests with the WS 20000081.
