BPF COMMENTS

Currently we are on Budget Planning for 2016-17 with help of BPF.So I created one input template, will distribute to each user. In INPUT Template, one column is maintained for Remarks using EPMSAVECOMMENT.I have created BPF template for Department Approval. For each cost Center, we have two roles i.e., USER, MANAGER.

1. USER- will enter the data values and comments and submit to the manager for Approval.

2. Manager will review the data; will write Remarks.

Here my requirement is Manager Remarks should be displayed in Red Color to the USER.

Please help me to solve this

Hi Mahesh,

As said by Vadim, there is no way but you can try below alternative option -

Create two different columns for comment 1)  User  2) Manager.

Create two copies of template,  In "User copy" Manager comment column will be locked. While review by Manger ,give another copy of template where Manager comment column is open.

This is just suggestion.

Hi Shrikanth,

Thanks For Response. Here my aim is to show Particular Colour whenever Comments or data values are changed.

We have 23 cost centers. For each Cost center 2 owner,One manager.Whenever Data or comments are changed,I need to show the changed value with particular Colour.

"USER- will enter the data values and comments"

"Manager will review the data; will write Remarks"

There is no way to differentiate comments written by user and by manager...
