May you kindly advise on how to configure an Auto Reply in SAP Contact Center 188.8.131.52?
Our objective is to send automated email replies to anyone sending an email to our email queues; we want to send the Auto replies from SAP Contact Center and not MS Exchange.
I have seen Reply templates under Queue Management but this doesn’t seem to be the solution to auto replies.
SMTP is already setup and working.
