synchronization Settings in GTS

Dear GTS exports,

What is the difference between synchronization Settings in GTS ?

Normally we use to maintain synchronization In this Transaction / SAPSLL / SPL_STBP ( Changed partner address only )

Above Setting will help us while transferring from feeder system to GTS.

But we can change here as well --Compliance management-SPL screening -Activate business partners ..This setting where to be used ?
