SAPOSS Rfc error

Dear Team,

Due to some hard disk problem in our SAPIDES Server , I have fresh installed sapides (ECC6.0) with oracle 11g on windows server.

Now When I am accessing this server remotely via sap router string .Not able to access.

I have check SAPOSS  RFC

When I check the Dev_w2 , Its show below error.

A  TH VERBOSE LEVEL FULL

A  ** RABAX: end RX_GET_MESSAGE

In Technical Setting --> Msg Server ,I have given same string as our other SAP Server.

In Login and Security  , Client 001 , user ID OSS_RFC and password cpic.

Now what other setting should I check to resolve SAPOSS rfc.
