Crystal server doesn't open report after a crystal report SP update

Updating crystal report from 2011 SP 4 to SP 12, the same report templates stopped working on Crystal server 2011 (Version 14.1.0)

Tried creating a brand new template with crystal report 2011 SP 12 after the update, then loaded it onto the server through CMC, no luck...

Am I missing something in the updates? Config I have to do on crystal server to use the newer version of crystal report?
