HI TO ALL...
We are implementing SAP IS/CCS for one of our
client.For interaction center whether to go with
SAP IS/CCS OR SAP CRM any how client has SAP CRM
server too.
please advice us.....

Based on my knowledge SAP CRM interaction center has more functionality compared with IS/CCS .It contains webclient also.
If the interaction center people will be accessing more R/3 transactions like FI,MM etc then it is good to go with IS/CCS, else best option would be CRM.

I think SAP CRM/IC has more functionality compared to SAP CCS/CIC module.
Sap CRM can integrate with third party applications, BW etc seamlessly. The Business partners information is quite exaustive for Sales and marketing purposes. There are many processes in CRM like webclient, interactive scripting, displaying workflows which are not available in SAP CCS/CIC.
